Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VPsmile. We want every order to arrive in good condition and match the product information shown on our website.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Because our products are oral care and personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used oral care or personal care products
- Replacement heads, tips, nozzles, or accessories once opened
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
- Items returned without prior approval

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video showing the issue
- A photo of the shipping label and product packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees, express shipping upgrades, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or not delivered because of unpaid customs duties, taxes, or local import fees, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and any other costs charged to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
