Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VPsmile. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be longer during holidays, product launches, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions available at checkout. If your country or region is not shown at checkout, we may not be able to ship there at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: usually 5-15 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: usually 3-7 business days after dispatch, where available

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping may be offered free of charge for eligible orders and destinations.

Express shipping or upgraded shipping options may require an additional fee.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

VPsmile is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import charges.

Refused, Returned, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or not delivered because of unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, any refund may be reduced by:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties, taxes, or local charges
- Handling fees or other costs charged to us

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

VPsmile is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the local carrier where applicable.

If there has been no tracking update for an unusually long period, contact us and we will help review the shipment status.

A package will not be considered lost until the carrier confirms it as lost or the maximum estimated delivery period has passed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
